Description
The Green Hills AEA Halverson Center, located between Council Bluffs and Treynor Iowa on Hwy 92, has a unique history. It is now used as the home office for Green Hills Area Education Agency. During the Cold War, it had another purpose: a missile base for the United States military. The goal of this project will be to research the history of this Iowa landmark and produce a 3-5 minute informational video and design a history walk of campus. Use this 3-5 minute video to highlight this unique story and celebrate a rare Iowa landmark. Design and create a history walk of campus and the missile site using signage and QR codes with video snippets of the landmark.
