Description
A local business is looking to flip homes in the community and needs help identifying area homes that would be good investment properties to flip. Project participants will look at homes that are for sale and recommend 3 homes would be worth pursuing for a flip. The recommendations should include: a comparison of the three homes, reasons why the recommended home would be a good flip, potential concerns with the home, recommendations for repairs/renovations for the flip, cost breakdown, and information related to real estate market value. Students should be prepared to make a presentation to the investors and also provide them with handouts that investors can review after the presentation.
