Seeking high school students interested in business, economics, or data analysis? Main Street Waterloo’s Economic Vitality Council is looking for a team of students to help conduct a Market Analysis to shape the future of downtown Waterloo!

What You’ll Do:
📊 Survey Development – Work with our team to design a survey that captures what consumers, residents, and workers want to see in downtown Waterloo.

📢 Community Engagement – Help promote the survey and collect 500+ responses from diverse groups.

🔎 Data Analysis – Compile and interpret survey results, identifying key trends that will help attract new businesses and developers.

📑 Final Report & Presentation – Summarize findings into a report that will be shared with city leaders, developers, and business owners to guide downtown growth.
