Description
Create an annual marketing plan to increase MercyOne’s PCT Apprenticeship/Position as a career choice.

The target market are individuals with a High School Diploma, individuals who are willing to make a minimum of a one year commitment, and individuals who are possibly looking for their first step into the Healthcare Industry or second career choice.
Deliverables
The deliverables should show a general understanding of not only MercyOne’s PCT position but also our specific PCT in-house program. (This understanding could be shown through a completed SWOT analysis.) The deliverables should include a creative annual marketing plan of both inbound and outbound marketing, outreach advertising, social media utilization, special events, etc. The marketing plan must live within a $5,000 budget- utilized with the highest ROI possible.
