Influencer marketing campaigns are so successful because people tend to trust other people more than they trust brands. 66% of U.S. consumers trust recommendations from opinions posted by consumers online.
Identifying influencers is the first step to engaging in an influencer marketing campaign. At Strategic America, we are always looking for new ways to engage clients in influencer marketing to build awareness around their brands. However, we have found that without the use of an influencer database or search tool, identifying influencer options is time consuming and often difficult. Our team is interested in having students research different options for online influencer databases, such as MeltWater. We are looking for high school students to research and identify 5-10 influencer identification tools or database options that we can use.
