Description
Alliant Energy’s territory includes several hundred acres of opportunity zones or other land that would be eligible for federal or state tax credits. This is often close to, but not matching with marketed industrial sites. This project would be to map our territory, opportunity and tax-advantaged sites in our territory with available industrial zones.
Deliverables
A listing or database of available sites that would be prime for industrial development and eligible for tax credits via the opportunity zone or other program.
